How do I remortgage my home?

Remortgaging occurs when your rate typically comes to an end on your current deal. At this point it’s likely your interest rate can increase to what’s known as the lenders Standard Variable Rate.

We would ideally start looking at your remortgage options 3-6 months before this date to secure you a new deal. We would check what your current lender can offer as well as the rest of the market to ensure we obtain the best deal for you.

Will past credit problems affect my new mortgage application?
